What is the difference between a Live Call lead and a Web Lead?

Live Calls call YOU. We connect you on the phone with a lead the moment they reach out for help. 

With Web Leads, you receive information after a lead fills out a form online, and you reach out to them. Our leads are delivered in REAL TIME, which means almost instantly after the lead hits "Submit" that information is delivered to YOU, giving you the best possible chance of reaching them. But sometimes you have to leave a message and ask them to call you back, and sometimes you can play phone tag and try other methods to reach them like email.

If you are setup for Live Calls and have an active, funded account, we transfer the call immediately to you. You can then tell the lead how your legal plan can help them save money and resolve their legal problems. You only receive Live Calls from NON-licensed states, though you can request special states that require a license. 

We only transfer calls that fit the “Legal Plan” areas of legal categories. (See below.) You will NOT receive calls that are looking for help with Bankruptcy, Immigration, Auto accident, Personal Injury, Child Custody etc.

The BEST PART about Live Calls is the immediate, LIVE connection. You do NOT have to waste time leaving a voice message and playing phone tag. Time is valuable and live calls give you the most exposure for your time.

How much are Live Call leads?

Live Cal leads were recently lowered from $12 each to just $9 per connection and $0.08 per minute. The $9 is deducted from your account balance as the call is connected to you. The $0.08 per minute will be deducted once the call has been completed. If your account is paused, unfunded, or if your time block has expired you will NOT be charged or receive any Live Calls. The $0.08 per minute charge is non-refundable.



How can I add Live Call leads to my existing account?

If you wish to add Live Calls, you can do it by logging into your Backoffice Portal! Use the button at the top or bottom of this page to learn how. If you have questions, contact [email protected]

PLEASE NOTE

When you add live calls to your existing Web Lead account, please think about balancing the number of daily Web Leads you receive so that adequate funding is available for you to receive both Web Leads and Live Calls.  In some cases, associates turn off their Web Leads altogether and only receive Live Calls. 



Can I take just 2 or 3 Live Call Leads per day? 

Yes, absolutely! You can take as many or as few as you want per day, any day, any time of day. You can set a daily schedule and a daily call limit, and you can also pause your Live Calls and then activate them again later. Live Call volume is very high. You only need to give us a small block of time, and you will often be able to receive back to back calls from people who are looking for legal help or an attorney. Don’t worry, you can only receive ONE call from us at a time, and the computer knows when the call has been completed.

If you want/need to adjust days and times, you can do so from the Backoffice Portal by logging into your account!

How will I know when my phone rings that a Live Call is calling me?

When a call is transferred to you, it will come from our telephone number 888-444-3884. 

PRO TIPWe recommend adding this telephone number to your contacts as ‘LIVE LEAD’ or something similar so you recognize it immediately. This will prevent you from missing the call and will give you a heads up to answer the call with a professional greeting.



Will I get more than one call from 4LegalLeads.com at a time?

We limit phone calls from OUR system to 1 concurrent call. This means we won't send more than one call at a time to an associate if a call we recently transferred is still on the line.   



What if my voicemail picks up the call?

You will be charged.

 


What if I am on the other line?

If a voicemail takes the call, you will be charged. If it doesn't get picked up by a phone system or human within 18 seconds, it will get passed to another legal plan associate.




What if I cannot adjust the time before my voicemail picks up and it's connecting within the 18 seconds?  

We can adjust the number of seconds for you within your account. However, you will be charged for every lead that goes to voicemail.



 
Can I request credit for a lead that goes to voicemail?

We are not able to offer returns if a voicemail picks up early (It interrupts call distribution.) regardless of whether or not the caller leaves a voice message. These will be charged.



Are Live Calls Recorded? 

Yes! All Live Calls are recorded in your Backoffice Portal for quality and training purposes, and the caller is informed of this. This means you don't have to ask them to repeat themselves too many times. You can go back and listen to the recording again if you need to catch some detail of the conversation. You can also use the recordings to review and improve your sales process or provide feedback when training other associates!



Do you have any suggestions on how to answer a LIVE CALL?

Sometimes it's hard to figure out the best way to answer a call from a lead. However, saying only "Hello" is not recommended. A well-formed greeting tips the lead off to the idea that they are contacting a secure, professional environment, and it can set the tone for everything that follows. Here are some suggestions you might want to try:


  • “Hello this is ______, may I have your 1st name please?” (Wait for response, ask them to spell if needed.) What type of legal issue do you need to speak to an attorney about?” (Wait for response.) Can I please get an email address to send you my contact information? (Wait for response.)


  • "Hi this is ______, who do I have the pleasure of speaking with? (Wait  for response.), I’m a representative of (Insert company name.). My role here is to learn a little bit more about your legal issue and help you understand a little more about our program as a potential solution. If you are eligible to enroll, I can help connect you to a law firm in your area that can further assist. Before I go into details, just in case we get disconnected I was wondering if I can get your name, email and best telephone number? (Wait for response.) Before I get into the details about our services, why don’t you tell me about your legal issue and what prompted you to call in today…"


  • PRO TIP #1: However you answer, be sure you confirm contact information for your lead right away in case you get disconnected!  Make sure you get their email address so you can follow up after your sales conversation!


  • PRO TIP #2: Clarify your role as a Legal Plan Associate right away. As you introduce yourself and your company, be sure to let them know right away that you are NOT an attorney, but that you can provide ongoing, affordable access to one through your legal plan.


  • PRO TIP #3: However you answer, we encourage you to verify that your lead is looking to hire legal help right away during your conversation. You'll want this information captured in case a return is needed. Returns are verified by the recorded call only, so if the recording does not prove the return reason, the return refund request will not be approved.


  • PRO TIP #4: Be sure to listen! Listen to a brief overview of their legal problem to show you care. Consider giving an extra second for the customer to respond to your question. Sometimes they need a second to process your question and other times there might be a technological delay in sound. Giving them that extra second to respond will be less frustrating than if you are accidentally trampling each other's conversation.


  • PRO TIP #5But don't listen TOO much! Resist the urge to need to know all the details of their legal problem or to ask unnecessary questions. After all, you're not there to give legal advice, and the lead you speak with will likely feel a great sense of urgency to find help. You only need to explain that through your legal plan membership you can give them immediate access to a lawyer who can help them with this issue and any future legal needs. For example, after hearing a brief overview of their problem you might say "I can understand your concern. I have a solution that could help." Then you're able to transition naturally to a pitch for your legal plan services. 



Are Live Call Leads available on weekends and evenings as well?

Yes. People reach out for legal help at all times of the day or week. It's great to have associates available to take those calls live when they come in. If your account is set up for 24 hours a day/7 days per week, you can login and ACTIVATE your Live Calls to take any calls coming through the system that match your account settings. If you wish to add Live Call Transfers, please keep your account "Temporarily Stopped" (Paused) and contact [email protected] to request a special email that will help us get you started. Though custom, it's a quick and simple process. We just need 6 questions answered to get you started.
