What is the difference between a $9 Standard Delivery web lead and a $12 Priority Delivery & Category Selection web lead plan?
The Standard Delivery $9 lead comes from a curated selection of 24 legal categories that have been tested and are preferred by legal plan associates. This keeps things simple and convenient. In contrast, the $12 Priority Delivery and Category Selection lead gives you complete control over which categories you want. Experienced sales associates prefer this option. The only requirement is that you keep a minimum of 10 categories.
What categories are available for selection for Priority Delivery and Category Selection leads?
People with a Priority account are required to choose a minimum of 10 of the following categories. However, you may see more success by selecting 12-15 of them.

There are several categories we have ELIMINATED from the Legal Plan selection as they don't normally have a good conversion rate for associates. We don’t want to waste your money by sending you leads in the categories below. However, we do have law firms nationwide and experienced associates who want to work with these categories of leads. If you want any of these below, we don't recommend them, but you do have the option to add them to your account when using the $12 Priority Delivery with Category Selection leads. You can make this change by logging into your Backoffice Portal. Here are the normally eliminated categories...
Adoption, Bankruptcy, Child Custody, Child Support, Divorce, DUI, Family Law, Immigration, Social Security Disability.
What if I want a HIGH number of leads per day? How do I INCREASE my lead volume?
Suggestions to increase volume would be:..
Select ALL non-licensed states (and if possible, get a license for a few states.)
On days when you want more lead volume, you can add more categories than your usual selection, opening up new possibilities!
Keep your account ACTIVE 24 hours or as much as possible. Leads only expect to be called during business hours anyways. Why not get the leads that come through during the morning or late night hours when other associates' accounts are shut off? Their loss is your potential sale!
You can control your daily limit through your Backoffice Portal! Make sure your daily limit is on “unlimited” or on the exact # of leads you want per day.
Upgrade to the $12 Priority Delivery with Category Selection plan. You can keep all the regular categories or narrow it down a little, but most importantly you will have priority to receive the lead in a rotation in front of the traditional $9 plan.
Stay FUNDED! Don’t let your balance get low, or you will be skipped over and won't receive leads.
Take the LIVE CALL transfer leads as well! With those leads, you can request certain hours/days, or even specify how many calls to allow through per day. Live Calls are abundant, and you can more opportunities to sell your legal plan by adding this feature.
