Live Calls and Web Leads
Live Calls call YOU. Live Calls are people seeking legal help who choose to call in instead of filling out an online request form. The caller will speak with our team first to make sure that the person is looking for legal help, is not yet represented, is willing and able to pay a legal fee, and that the correct category has been select. If they pass this initial screening, we connect the caller to you! Your phone will ring with caller ID 888 444 3884 with th person on the line waiting to speak with you.
Web Leads are form fill leads that you receive the moment the person has clicked the submit button looking for legal help. They can be delivered to you via email and text message. Web leads are sent Exclusively (only to 1 buyer) and sent in Real Time. They are filtered to meet the same standards that the live calls are: looking for legal help, not yet represented, and willing and able to pay a legal fee. The person will self select the category of law that best suits their needs.
Real Time and Exclusive leads and calls gives you the best possible chance of reaching the lead and the best opportunity to make the sale!

How do I get the most
value from my leads?
1. How do I LOGIN to my account?
Log in at 4LegalLeads by clicking "Login To Your Account" at the top of the website. Type in your email address as your partner username and your password (Case sensitive!) where the key icon is. Make sure you click "I am not a robot" and, if prompted, select the correct photos to validate your login.
(PLEASE NOTE: Having trouble? Make sure your browser is not blocking pop up windows. Also, Internet Explorer is not a recommended browser, Try using Chrome, Mozilla or Firefox instead.)
2. What is the Backoffice Portal, and why is it so important?
Once you've logged in, you are sent to a webpage, the Backoffice Portal. The Backoffice Portal could also be called your "Account Portal." Here you have all you need to manage your 4LegalLeads account. This is where all of the actions we discuss below take place. It looks like this...
Remember!
The most important thing you need to remember with refunds is your 5-day window to submit them for review. Your 5-day window begins the moment you receive the lead, and a day is defined as a 24-hour period. The 5-day window is NOT based on business days, but on calendar days, so you will want to include weekends and holidays as you track your refund windows.
Warning!
If the record for your lead reads "TCPA: Yes", you may contact them by text with your cell phone. However, If the lead reads "TCPA: No", you may not. It's against the law! Even if the lead says "yes", a text should never be your first means of communication with the lead. Learn more about TCPA law in Question #4 in the link above or by doing your own research.

We have several ways to have your Legal Plan leads delivered, depending on your needs. There are two basic types of leads, Live Calls and Web Leads.
Live Calls call YOU. We connect you on the phone with a lead the moment they reach out for help.
With Web Leads, you receive information after a lead fills out a form online or contacts our call center, and then you reach out to them. Our leads are delivered in REAL TIME, which means that almost instantly after the lead submits a request their information is delivered to YOU, giving you the best possible chance of reaching them.
You can have both types of leads if you want, and we recommend it! Different people communicate in different ways. For example, not all leads are comfortable with the Live Call option. Leaving out one of the lead types could cause you to miss out on some opportunities. Prices listed below are per lead.
