Typographical Errors

In the event that a 4LegalLeads product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, 4LegalLeads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 4LegalLeads reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, 4LegalLeads shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.


Term; Termination

This Agreement is applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Lead Generation/Not Referral or Recommendation

As a lawyer subscribing to 4LEGALLEADS services, (“Lawyer”), Lawyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that 4LEGALLEADS offers its services pursuant to Rule 7.2[5] of the American Bar Association Model Rules of Professional Conduct and that 4LEGALLEADS is not recommending any particular lawyer or law firm to any particular client or engaged in a referral service.

California Consumer Privacy Act Requests

Lawyer agrees to promptly notify 4LEGALLEADS in the event that Lawyer receives a request to delete information under the California Consumer Privacy Act from a lead provided through 4LEGALLEADS.


Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Convention on contracts for the international sale of goods. You agree that jurisdiction over and venue in any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to this site (including but not limited to the purchase of 4LegalLeads products) shall be in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of 4LegalLeads products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. 4LegalLeads's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. You may not assign your rights and duties under this Agreement without 4LegalLeads’ prior written consent. 4LegalLeads may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.


Use of Site

Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a 4LegalLeads or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. What information do we collect?

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Refunds on Account Balance

4LegalLeads offers pro-rated refunds of your account balance. You can give us 24-hour notice and request a pro-rated Account Refund (less any bonus funding you have received) at anytime within 120 days of adding those funds to your account.

(Please Note: An Account Refund must be to your ORIGINAL source of payment, and the 120-day window cannot be extended.) 

The amount of a pro-rated refund shall be your current balance at the time you pause your account and notify us minus all bonuses added for extra credit.  Items exempt from return include leads already purchased exclusively and delivered as advertising was already paid in the delivery of this service.
To complete your return, simply email us at [email protected] with the request to suspend your account and issue a pro-rated refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You are always welcome to contact us to check on the status of your pro-rated refund.
Bonuses (if applicable)
Bonus funds added to your account from "volume bonuses" "early bird specials" or "referral credits" shall be excluded from returns since they were not part of the original payment.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Requesting a lead credit through our backoffice is the equivalent of an exchange and is granted for disconnected, wrong location, wrong category, and other reasons as listed in the drop-down credit request menu.
Balance Transfers
We can at anytime transfer unspent balances between accounts at your request, provided we have the original purchasers permission.
All advertising services and information are available to you in your backoffice using the very same login you used to make the purchase and add funds each time. For that reason, you always have access to your purchased data. We will also deliver notification by email and optional text message, however, it is the buyers responsibility to make sure their contact information is up-to-date and check their backoffice in the case of email or text delivery failures.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

PLEASE NOTE: 4LegalLeads does NOT ever list your website (including hub site) in CPC search traffic. We will never send CPC clicks (such as AdWords/Bing) to your hubsite via search campaigns per the requested guidelines of legal plan companies wishing to keep that official traffic for themselves. Those seeking legal help will be connected to you from our own ongoing site traffic and call platforms we've built over the last 20 years. We WILL pass on your website and contact information to your potential prospects once assigned to you, to help facilitate connection.

Are your legal leads exclusive?

We are unique among the majority of our competitors in that all leads are sold only once.  We check all new leads the moment they come in against all former leads which we hold on file for at least 30 days. Any lead with a matching email/phone number is marked as a duplicate and ineligible for sale or distribution.  Keep in this in mind when comparing to other companies with both higher pricing who are ALSO selling your leads to 3 or more buyers.


Are your legal leads real-time?

95% of our leads are distributed real-time within milliseconds with about 5% held for continual quality review spot checks.  We do not store leads for resale.  Nor do we EVER manually distribute leads.  This means that when a lead comes in, it is immediately sent to the next available buyer in line who can help the prospect in that state.  This is why its critical to have your account funded 24/7. If your balance can not cover a lead, it moves on to a competing legal plan associate in your area instead.


What type of legal leads do you offer?

We offer a set mix of legal categories at $9 per web lead where we've eliminated the worse performing categories. This is our "Standard Package". We also have a "Priority Delivery with Category Selection Package" that many of the experienced associates prefer at $12 per web lead. It allows you to refine your category choice even further. Interested in live calls? You can get incoming calls for $9 per lead though you must request setup before unpausing your account. These are actually the highest quality leads, but due to the high volume of calls available needing legal help... we can offer these at $9 each.


Do you filter for quality?

Our quality begins first with our initial ads.  We refuse to use words like "free" "pro bono" "legal aid" and other terms that lower quality.  We also use our credit return system to monitor for patterns of low qualilty, tackling those issues immediately to improve quality on an ongoing basis. We also use a third party verification service which makes sure the prefix / area code are possible combinations in the US phone system.  In addition, we replace all VERIFIABLE wrong numbers, wrong legal categories, wrong locations, etc.


How are your legal leads generated?

We generate the majority of leads through our own internal campaigns since 2001 and are considered a wholesaler for some of the largest networks in the country.  This means we can insure quality from start to finish.  In the last couple years, we have also partnered with dozens of powerful lead providers and sem specialists.  When funding your account for 20+ leads, we introduce your offer to many of these partners for robust legal lead campaigns.  All prospects come to us, all request information without incentivization, and all are extremely targeted to needing legal help for current and future issues. With mobile technology, its now an even split with prospects coming in via website or calling, but all are converted to lead data.


How can we pay for leads?

We will accept all major credit cards. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. In the Backoffice Portal you can add funds at any time. We do NOT autobill. By keeping your account funded well in advance, you assure your lead volume grows without interruption. Using a daily cap or having us hardcode windows for lead flow is a GREAT way to fund for the month, maximizing bonuses, while keeping a control on otherwise powerful lead flow.


How do you deliver your leads?

In addition to the backoffice, all leads are delivered primarily by email in real-time.  We highly recommend contacting us or checking your backoffice if case of email issues. Also while ordering, you can now enter your cell phone number for FREE SMS delivery of copied delivery to your cell phone by text.  Your phone charges still apply by your carrier.  The backoffice also allows downloading of all leads and orders in excel,cvs, and pdf file formats. Lastly, we can post to any system's database if you provide us with specs and are funding over $1,000.


How long does it take to get my leads?

You can "Create Your Account" at the top of the website instantly.  As soon as you fund and hit "activate" in settings lead flow is eligible to begin. They can come fast, so be ready.


Can I get credit for bad leads?

We have an extremely fair system for making Lead Refund Requests for individual, invalid leads. You have a 5-day window (defined as five, 24-hour cycles from the moment of lead delivery) within your Backoffice Portal to make a Lead Refund Request. After five, 24-hour cycles the credit option expires for each lead.  

All leads are sold "as is" since we can't resell a lead if it's not real-time.  However, we will replace verifiable wrong numbers and leads obviously outside their category or location by looking at the lead's description.

 To request a replacement, simply use the link in the Backoffice Portal which will allow us to verify the lead and often issue a credit to your account balance within 48 hours. Our verification department will confirm the reasons stated in all requests. While waiting for credit, be sure to keep your account funded so you don't miss out on other leads. We do not replace leads that you do not reach that have a working voicemail or matching CallerID. The key to getting your invalid returns improved is details unique to each lead.

PLEASE NOTE: Live Calls have a DIFFERENT list of valid reasons for returns: Wrong Number, Wrong Category, Wrong State, Already Represented, Already has a Legal Plan, Duplicate Lead, Foreign Language Not Handled, Technical Issue, Free advice/Pro Bono, Underage, 3rd Party (Spouse/Dependent excluded, Presently Incarcerated, Gov't Lawsuit, Non Profit Organization. Live Call return requests will be verified using ONLY the recording of the call. Return reasons must be verified using the recording.  


What if I can't contact a lead? 

“No contact” is not an eligible reason for return in the lead industry. If the lead has a working voicemail, it is considered valid. We simply can’t control the lead's availability. Make sure you are reaching out via phone/email/text making the best possible effort toward success.

“That doesn’t seem fair.” While this is standard in the lead industry, that doesn't mean it's fair. We don't think it's fair that you pay for leads you are unable to speak with, so we will extend you the following that most lead providers won't.

If a you are concerned that the phone number might not be accurate after several days of attempts (email/phone/text), you are welcome to reach out to us via email asking us to do additional research. If we find something that leads us to believe the number might be invalid, we may be able to credit the lead as a courtesy. We can only do this if the lead has never been requested for credit through your account and only after 5 days of effort on your part first. (Remember, that’s defined as five, 24-hour cycles from the moment of delivery.)

“What if I finally speak with the lead after the 5-day window and it's invalid?” It’s always possible that you will end up connecting with the lead after all, but it's too late to request credit in your account if it's invalid. However, as long as we haven't closed out the month and the lead has never been requested for credit through your account, we are happy to manually submit this request for you outside the 5-day return window.

How do account refunds work?

Clients often ask how much they should fund since they are in control. Beyond our own internal legal lead generation campaigns, we have extraordinarily powerful lead generation partners.  Its for that reason we recommend adding enough funds initially to cover 20 leads, and keeping it always funded to cover a minimum of 10 leads. Why? This allows us to create ongoing campaigns and extend it to powerful legal lead generation partners, giving you steady and uninterrupted flow of new legal clients.

Can I target specific areas of law?

You can choose the "Select Package" at account creation.  If you already have an accout, email us at [email protected] with your desired categories.  


Can I target specific geographic locations?

Under your settings in Lead Filters (and at signup) you can select off the states you desire. The more, the faster the lead flow.


How much funding do we have to add?

For starters, you can create an account and bypass funding to look around the Backoffice Portal. Technically, you can add funds to your account for as little as $50.  

We recommend you hit some of the great funding bonuses for adding more funds as listed on the funding page.

Funding 15-30 leads also gives you a better picture of your analytics. You will get a much better average of your conversion rate and a more accurate average of your results over the delivery of 15 to 30 leads.


Is buying legal leads bad for retention?

Online lead generation has existed for years. We actually do more to qualify the lead than you will find from other daily activities you use to generate leads or even the companies you work for do themselves when passing you a lead. The danger in buying leads is that you move from selling to a few individuals that are family and friends, to selling to hundreds of prospects. It is even more important to make quality sales while accurately representing the expectations of the services you offer. You should feel well trained, and make sure those on your team handling leads understand all aspects of the service they are selling. This not only leads to happy customers, but better retention. Further, it is even more important to follow up with satisfaction surveys as you would with someone in your local market. This can also be a great chance for referrals or discussing the business! 4LegalLeads Rewards Program Terms of Use

Effective Date: Feb 1, 2022


These Terms of Use include an arbitration provision that governs any disputes between you and us. This provision will:

  1. eliminate your right to a trial by jury; and
  2. substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class or consolidated proceedings.


These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the 4LegalLeads Rewards program in the United States ("4LegalLeads Rewards"), which is operated by Advertise4Sales Inc. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with 4LegalLeads for other products or services.


4LegalLeads reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to 4LegalLeads Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in 4LegalLeads Rewards.


4LegalLeads Rewards is intended for personal use. 4LegalLeads Rewards is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18.


4LegalLeads Rewards is intended to thank and reward loyal clients who participate with our services. 4LegalLeads Rewards members are able to earn and accumulate Points that can be redeemed for account credits and other rewards in the 4LegalLeads Rewards Program.


The 4LegalLeads Rewards Program is associated with your 4LegalLeads account creation and activity. The following information is required for participation:

1. First and last name, email address, phone number, and account in the 4LegalLeads system

2. Birthday is optional to receive birthday offers. If you do not provide birthday information you will not receive your Birthday Reward.

When you create an account with 4LegalLeads, you automatically are enrolled in 4LegalLeads Rewards. Your 4LegalLeads Rewards account is directly associated with your Partner client account in the 4LegalLeads system.


The Rewards that are available to you through 4LegalLeads Rewards are based on the number of Points that you earn. You can earn Points by 4LegalLeads account funding and other promotional offers made available to earn points such as, but not limited to the following:

1. Manual and Automatic Funding of Your 4LegalLeads Account: Earn 1 Point for every $1 funded
2. Bonus Funding Levels: Earn extra points as listed based on reaching minimum funding thresholds in a single transaction
3. Referrals: Receive points by referring others who create their first accounts with 4LegalLeads and meet minimum funding and other criteria.
4. Birthday and Anniversary Rewards: Receive points for birthday and anniversary account creation dates.
5. Promotional Bonus Point Offers. On occasion, we, or others acting on our behalf, may offer you opportunities to earn additional "4LL Points" through special promotions. These promotional Points will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer.

6. VIP Tier Bonus Levels: Receive points and additional bonuses as described for each different tier level milestone within a 12 month rolling activity period.
7. Partnership Programs. Eligible 4LegalLeads clients may earn Points through participation in programs offered by our business partners.


If you use more than one payment method in a single transaction, you will earn 4LL Points based on the funding associated with each payment. For example, bonus funding levels must be earned in a single transaction and not a combination of multiple transactions, even if within the same day. However, there are no limits to earning multiple points in the same day for multiple transactions unless specifically noted in a promotion.


All points are calculated based on the assumption of US Dollar denominations.


You may not earn Points in connection with funding credits to your account from returns, account credit transfers, or the part of the transaction that comes from another redemption or promotional reward. Earned 4LL Points are calculated off the amount charged to your bank or credit card at the time of transaction.

In limited cases, some clients who are not purchasing retail or who have special agreed upon pricing and billing terms with 4LegalLeads, may not be eligible for 4LL Rewards Program based on those other terms. This is at the sole discretion of 4LegalLeads and can be confirmed by email.

If you void any funding in full or partially, 4LegalLeads will deduct the Points that you earned for that funded transaction, potentially resulting in a negative Point balance on your account. 4LegalLeads may also reverse redemptions earned with that particular transaction or debit your account balance in the 4LegalLeads system accordingly


Unless otherwise noted, 4LL Points are automatically added to your account within twenty-four (24) hours of your eligible purchase and expire twelve (12) months after the Points were earned


Points may be redeemed for complimentary redemption rewards when funding your account manually by selecting one of the redemptions available or can be redeemed by special request for your next automatic funding via email. 4LegalLeads Rewards offers different Rewards based on different Point redemption tiers. Note that the Rewards available and Point redemption tiers may vary by the type of 4LegalLeads account. Example: Lawyer accounts vs legal plan accounts. 4LegalLeads may adjust the redemptions included in each tier at any time in its sole discretion. The ways you can earn Points, redemption levels, VIP tier levels, and calendar promotions for redeeming Points is evolving but can be found by accessing the 4LegalLeads Rewards Pages here: or depending on your account type.


You cannot redeem multiple Point redemption tiers within a single transaction. For example, if both a $100 redemption and $500 redemption were available to add to your next transaction being funded, you could choose one but not both redemptions.


As a 4LegalLeads Rewards member, you may be eligible for the following additional benefits.:

Birthday Reward: On your birthday you may receive one special 4LL Rewards Birthday Redemption which may vary based on your 4LegalLeads VIP Tier Level Status.  To qualify for your 4LL Birthday Reward, you must join 4LegalLeads Rewards at least seven (7) days prior to your birthday, provide your birthday in your account information, and make at least one Point-earning transaction prior to your birthday each year. Your Birthday Reward will be automatically added to your account on your birthday. You must select the Birthday Reward redemption, to use it as desired for a future transaction. 

Anniversary Reward: On your 4LegalLeads account creation anniversary you may receive one special 4LL Anniversary Reward Redemption which may vary based on your 4LegalLeads VIP Tier Level Status.  To qualify for your 4LL Anniversary Reward, you must have made at least one Point-earning transaction in the proceeding 12 months prior. Your Anniversary Reward will be automatically added to your account on your anniversary. You must select the Anniversary Reward redemption to use it as desired for a future transaction. 

4LegalLeads Rewards Concierge Service: Early or extended access to certain promotions and offers. 4LegalLeads may offer 4LegalLeads Rewards members early or extended access to special discounts, promotions, and new features.

Personalized offers and coupons: Special offers may be distributed by email, by text (including via push notifications), or by physical mail. You may be required to provide a valid email, telephone and physical address. Special offers may be customized based on your funding behaviors and preferences, and may include periodic bonus funding or the opportunity to earn Bonus Points. Special offers may have certain restrictions, including expiration dates and short, time-limited redemption periods. Special offers are personal to you and cannot be shared, copied or transferred. Read each offer carefully for specific details, expiration dates, and limitations and restrictions.

4LegalLeads reserves the right to change or suspend the number and type of benefits offered to members of 4LegalLeads Rewards in its sole discretion at any time.


There are no participation or membership fees associated with 4LegalLeads Rewards. Points accrued in connection with 4LegalLeads Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of Points accrued in connection with 4LegalLeads Rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by 4LegalLeads.

Your Points, Redemptions, earned VIP Status Tiers, and 4LegalLeads Rewards account are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. Your 4LL Rewards Account will be associated with your 4LegalLeads account. Creating multiple accounts solely to abuse the 4LegalLeads Rewards Program without explicit permission from 4LegalLeads may result in the cancellation of all points, redemptions, and deactivation of your accounts.

Without notice to you, 4LegalLeads reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards if 4LegalLeads determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use or that the use of your 4LegalLeads Rewards account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. 4LegalLeads may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine 4LegalLeads Rewards accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards is terminated, all accrued Points and Redemption Rewards in your account are void.

4LegalLeads reserves the right to change, modify, discontinue or cancel 4LegalLeads Rewards or any part of the 4LegalLeads Rewards program, at any time and in its sole discretion, without notice to you.


Please read this section carefully. It affects rights that you may otherwise have. It provides for resolution of most disputes through arbitration instead of court trials and class actions. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court, uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, and discovery is more limited. Arbitration is final and binding and subject to only very limited review by a court. This arbitration clause shall survive termination of these Terms of Use.

Binding Arbitration. This provision is intended to be interpreted broadly to encompass all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your access to or participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards, your 4LegalLeads client account, or your relationship with us. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, your access to or participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards, or your relationship with 4LegalLeads or any subsidiary, parent or affiliate company or companies (whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory) will be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either of us may take claims to small claims court if they qualify for hearing by such a court.

Arbitration Procedures. For all disputes, whether pursued in court or arbitration, you must first send a written description of your claim to our 4LegalLeads Support department via [email protected] to allow us an opportunity to resolve the dispute. You and we each agree to negotiate your claim in good faith. You may request arbitration if your claim or dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days.

Class Action Waiver and Jury Waiver. You and we each agree that any proceeding, whether in arbitration or in court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If a court or arbitrator determines in an action between you and us that this class action waiver is unenforceable, the arbitration agreement will be void as to you. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than through arbitration, you and we each waive any right to a jury trial.


Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use or your access to or participation in 4LegalLeads Rewards will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no applicability. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.


If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms of Use is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision or part of the provision is deemed severable from these Terms of Use and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
