When I first signed up...that's when it started. Not only did I receive a welcome email with detailed instructions on how to get started, but soon after that I received a personal call from Chantelle to make sure that I got set up properly and had a full understanding of the process. I was impressed with the fact that she took the time to answer any questions I had and even offered helpful suggestions on how to make the best use of the service. 

Later, when I had an issue, I called support and got a call back to address my problem. I appreciate the fact that I am able to actually talk to someone if I have a question or issue and not forced to only communicate via text, chat or email, which is extremely frustrating.
